who is zuzu?

ZuZu wouldn’t be the neighborhood culinary experience it is without its namesake: Rosalyn “Rosie” Bennett Lyon, a.k.a. “ZuZu”. She was the beloved matriarch of the family that owns Hotel Valley Ho, not to mention an incredible cook. She believed food is better shared with the people you love—and we couldn’t agree more.
