THE ZUZU STORY.

ZuZu is a neighborhood favorite and culinary destination all in one. It’s dedicated to Rosalyn “Rosie” Bennett Lyon, also known as ZuZu. She was the beloved matriarch of the family that owns Hotel Valley Ho, as well as a fantastic cook, who believed that food is better when it’s shared with the people you love.

With a career spanning more than 25 years, Russell has a vast culinary knowledge, serving up bold flavor pairings with an elevated-yet-playful approach to food. He refers to his unique style as ‘a flavor punch in the mouth!’
