How do I earn and redeem rewards?
- Reserve directly through the hotel or a travel agent to qualify.
- Reservations made via wholesale partners qualify towards the Aficionado tier only.
- Qualifying spend is based on room rate only. Room tax does not count toward spend.
- Benefits are earned within a calendar year.
- Benefits are activated upon completion of qualifying stays (activation does not begin mid-stay).
- Once earned, benefits may be redeemed through the following calendar year.
WEDDING, GROUP + CORPORATE GUESTS
- For wedding guests who are paying individually and are part of a room block, room spend qualifies towards earning benefits.
- Corporate and contracted group reservations do not qualify.
How do I enroll?
Enrollment is automatic based on qualifying stays. The email address associated with your reservations will be used to calculate your loyalty level and perks. No need to sign up!
What rates does the member discount apply to?
- The member discount can be applied to our Best Flexible Rate and Advance Purchase Rate.
- Member benefits are not combinable with other hotel collection benefits.
- Cannot be applied toward any contracted reservations or group room blocks.

- The Superfan food-and-drink credit is one time, not nightly.
- Loyalty program is subject to change and cancelation after each calendar year is completed.
- Rewards earned in one calendar year will be honored through the following calendar year.
